The U.S. Navy Band reopened the historic Sail Loft April 11th. Rear Admiral Nancy Lacore, the commandant of Naval District Washington, and Captain Kenneth Collins, the commanding officer of the U.S. Navy Band cut a ribbon to celebrate the official reopening.
