The U.S. Navy Band officially reopened the historic Sail Loft April 11th. The ribbon-cutting ceremony featured remarks from Rear Admiral Nancy Lacore, the commandant of Naval District Washington, and Capt. Kenneth Collins, the commanding officer of the U.S. Navy Band.
