NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY SOUDA BAY, Greece (April 14, 2024) Legalman 2nd Class Tomi Waters (left), assigned to Region Legal Service Office Europe, Africa, Central, Branch Office Souda Bay, awards Builder Constructionman David Hutchinson (right), assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Europe, Africa, Central, with a completion medal as he crosses the finish line after running 26.2 miles to complete the Crete Marathon. Personnel assigned to Naval Support Activity Souda Bay volunteered during the marathon by setting up and manning aid stations, and handing out completion medals. NSA Souda Bay is an operational ashore installation that enables and supports U.S., Allied, Coalition, and partner nation forces to preserve security and stability in the European, African, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
