NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (April 8, 2024) Steffanie Easter, senior vice president and chief sustainability officer of CAES, asks panel members questions during the “Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders” discussion at the 2024 Sea-Air-Space Exposition. Panel members included: Rear Adm. Brett Mietus, director of the Navy Office of Culture and Force Resilience; Kari Wilkinson, vice president of Huntington Ingalls Industries and president of Ingalls Shipbuilding; Rear Adm. Amy Bauernschmidt, deputy commander of U.S. 7th Fleet; and Dale Sisson, technical director of Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Dahlgren Division. The Sea-Air-Space Exposition is an annual event that brings together key military decision makers, the U.S. defense industrial base and private-sector U.S. companies for an innovative and educational maritime based event.
