Mr. James Balocki, Executive Director of Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), addresses the Navy and Marine Corps Communities Town Hall during the Association of Defense Communities (ADC) National Summit in Arlington, VA, on April 8, 2024. ADC's town hall sessions help to connect defense community leaders with the military and civilian leadership who manage our nation's military installations. Mr. Balocki spoke to the opportunities for increased cooperation between military installations and their surrounding communities alongside Vice Adm. Scott Gray, Commander, Navy Installations Command, and Rear Adm. Dean VanderLey, Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command.
