JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. – U.S. Soldiers and DOD civilians entered the frigid water in waves of 10-20 people during the second annual Rapid Chill Challenge at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., February 29, 2024. All attendees are challenged to remain submerged at the chest level in the frigid water for 59.7 seconds.
