A Soldier helps scouts make a wearable paracord bracelet that can be used to carry a length of sturdy rope that’s useful in survival situations. More than 70 Soldiers from different commands across Joint Base San Antonio volunteered to teach merit badge skills at the Council-wide Campout that took place in San Antonio on March 2, 2024.
