1st Sgt. Roland Day, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Signal, Intelligence, and Sustainment Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 10th Mountain Division, passes the company guidon to Cpt. Jason Kilgore, the Commander of SISCO, during a Change of Responsibility ceremony, March 14, 2024, at Fort Drum, New York. The passing of the company guidon represents the transfer of responsibility between the exiting first sergeant and the incoming.
