NAVAL AIR STATION NORTH ISLAND, Calif. (March 7, 2024) --Cmdr. Beth Teach, Force Public Affairs Officer, Commander, Naval Air Forces, speaks to junior officers during a public affairs brief on outreach at the 2024 Junior Officer Training Symposium (JOTS) at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, Calif., March 6-7. JOTS provides a forum for Naval Aviation’s senior and junior leaders to exchange ideas and facilitate discussion on a range of topics including, enhancing individual and organizational standards, combat readiness, warfighting mentality, and culture within the Naval Aviation community. The symposium serves as one of many ways Naval Aviation establishes trust up and down the chain of command, ensuring we have a means for input and feedback.
