    Norwegian Army Staff Sgt. Hendrick Molmann, a cold weather survival instructor with Home Guard 12 (HV-12), teaches U.S. Marines from II Marine Expeditionary Force, Arrival and Assembly Operations Group, cold weather survival skills before taking part in Norwegian Exercise Northern Winter being conducted by the Norwegian Armed Forces in Vaernes, Norway, Feb. 29, 2024. Exercise Northern Winter is an annual cold weather training exercise for HV-12.
