NEX Norfolk, Virginia, held the grand opening for MOD Pizza, located in the store’s food court. Attending the ribbon cutting ceremony on Feb. 27, 2024, was Kelvin Oliver, Operations Manager, NEX Norfolk; Joel Carmona, Regional Food Service Operations Manager, Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) Tidewater District; Cassandra Bozeman, Owner, MOD Pizza; Capt. Janet H. Days, Commanding Officer, Naval Station Norfolk; and Tony Bozeman, Owner, MOD Pizza. This is the first MOD Pizza opened within the NEXCOM enterprise. NEXCOM enables warfighter readiness and strengthens the Navy’s quality of life mission. Providing essential products, services, hospitality and outfitting Navy communities around the globe, NEXCOM is continuously evolving to meet the demands of today’s military operational environment.
