U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Nicholas Duquette, a UH-1Y Venom pilot with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 267, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, operates the aircraft sensors during Integrated Training Exercise 2-24 at Camp Wilson, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, Feb. 9, 2024. HMLA-267 was tasked to execute a series of different mission sets, centered around close air support, to support Marines on the ground in a simulated combat environment. ITX is designed to provide large forces the opportunity to command and control their Marines through a live-fire program incorporating every element of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force.
