Cpl. William Dyes Jr., a native of Newbury, Mass., and a mechanic for 2nd Platoon, 2nd Transportation Company, out of Fort Riley, Kansas, works non-stop, and has done so since arriving in Kuwait last May. "We were supposed to fall in on re-built trucks, but instead we've had to rebuild them ourselves," said Dyes. "We've been non-stop since we got here."
