U.S. Army Lt. Col. Patrick Caukin, assigned to 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade, is participates in a military readiness exercise at Fort Cavazos, Texas, Feb. 6, 2024. Advisors assigned to 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade are conducting a military readiness exercise in preparation for their upcoming employment to the U.S. Central Command area of operations. During the MRX, soldiers were challenged with simulated assess, support, liaise and advise scenarios with foreign security force role players. The event is one of many training requirements that certify the advisors’ ability to support foreign partner forces and enhance their readiness to defeat terrorist and near peer threats.
