U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Chase Rapp, assigned to the 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade, advises partner forces on personnel accountability and strength reporting during a military readiness exercise in preparation for the unit's upcoming employment to the U.S. Central Command area of operations at Fort Cavazos, Texas, Feb. 6, 2024. During the exercise, soldiers were challenged with simulated assess, support, liaise and advise scenarios with foreign security force role players. The event is one of many training requirements that certify the advisors’ ability to support foreign partner forces and enhance their readiness to defeat terrorist and near peer threats.
