Culinary specialists from across the 10th Mountain Division (LI) hone their skills and expand their food knowledge as members of the Fort Drum Culinary Arts Team. The team has been training together since last November in preparation for the 48th Joint Culinary Training Event at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia, where they will compete in categories such as Armed Forces Chef of the Year, Student Team of the Year, Nutritional Hot Food Challenge and Pastry Chef of the Year.
