Kirk Coley, branch command sergeant major, retired Maj. Gen. Walter Davis, Army Aviation Association of America president, and an industry partner. The award is one of several Army Aviation Association of America National Functional Awards presented annually for a specific area or specialty within the Army Aviation community.
