Jennifer McDonough, the commander of the 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, gives words of encouragement to Soldiers attending a Marne Guardian course on Jan. 18, 2024, in Karliki, Poland. The Marne Guardian program promotes an environment where peers hold each other accountable to follow and uphold the Warrior Ethos and Army Values.
