Jeffery Campbell, the senior enlisted advisor for the 3rd DSB, 3rd ID, gives words of encouragement to Soldiers attending a Marne Guardian course on Jan. 18, 2024, in Karliki, Poland. The Marne Guardian program promotes an environment where peers hold each other accountable to follow and uphold the Warrior Ethos and Army Values.
