    U.S. Army Lt. Col. Justin Couts, Army National Guard, coins MSgt. Thomas Kammerdeiner, 107th Attack Wing Vehicle Maintenance at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y., Jan 15, 2024. Kammerdeiner was coined for his various efforts during the Buffalo winter storm. This included manning warming shelters, checking on civilians stranded in cars on the side of the road and being a strong leader during this mission.
