U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Matt Milton, a squad leader attached to Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/5, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, a native of Indianapolis, conducts a radio check before departing the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) in the Pacific Ocean for an amphibious raid, Dec. 15, 2023. Marines used simulation rounds during the training that required the wear of protective masks and equipment.
