Vargas, aviation operations specialist, flight supervisor, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, supervises a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) green belt culminating event at the installation, Dec. 1, 2023.
