Sergeant Cara J. Tighe, a 28-year-old recruiter at Recruiting Substation Saratoga Springs, Recruiting Station Albany, speaks to members of the station’s Delayed Entry Program during a conditioning hike up Prospect Mountain in Lake George, N.Y., on January 12.
