Sergeant Cara J. Tighe, a 28-year-old recruiter at Recruiting Substation Saratoga Springs, Recruiting Station Albany, leads several members of the station’s Delayed Entry Program during a conditioning hike up Prospect Mountain in Lake George, N.Y., on January 12. Tighe, has been a recruiter since Nov. 2010 and has recruited nearly 40 young men and women from around Saratoga County.
