The 2023 Nepal DREE scenario will focus on a major earthquake/multi-hazard event centered in the city of Kathmandu to test first responder’s capabilities, civil-military coordination, and the Government of Nepal’s ability to coordinate humanitarian assistance from a variety of institutions and countries.
