U.S. Air Force Gen. Mark Kelly, commander of Air Combat Command coins Capt. Ryan Beach from the 50th Attack Squadron, Creech Air Force Base, Nov. 6, 2023. He was coined for his accomplishments as ADO in charge of Satellite Communications Launch and Recovery (SLR) training and operational implementation. His accomplishments include assisting in developing an SLR syllabus, coordinating efforts that would secure ACC’s SLR footprint at a downrange operating base, certifying 27 crews in SLR operations, being selected as the lead project officer 25 Attack Group to fly and landing the first MQ-9s at both Langley and Shaw AFB and much more.
