Ervin Simoy from the 1st Battalion, 249th Infantry, Delta Company, 2nd Platoon, Guam National Guard, Guam, gets detained after breaking through a traffic control point set up by the Djiboutian army during a culmination exercise on March 5, 2008, at Forward Operating Location Ali Sabieh, Djibouti, as part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa missions.
