U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Joseph Tutor, the assistant enlisted conductor with the 1st Marine Division Band, leads pre-performance rehearsals before the 47th annual Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival town parade in Estes Park, Colorado, Sept. 9, 2023. The festival celebrates Scottish and Irish heritage through a variety of traditional athletic games, jousting competitions, music and dancing.
