39th Air Base Wing leaders and service members run with the POW/MIA flag to commemorate lives lost and those who are missing in honor of National POW/MIA recognition day Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Sept. 15, 2023. Airmen carried the flag around the track for 24 hours straight for the memorial run.
