MILLINGTON, Tenn. (Sept. 14, 2023) Rear Adm. Alexis “Lex” Walker, commander, Navy Recruiting Command, speaks with leaders from across the recruiting enterprise during an offsite during an offsite meeting at Navy Recruiting Command headquarters to discuss best practices for successful achievement of recruiting goals during fiscal year 2024. The team explored ways to increase recruiter and command performance, improve management processes, and remove barriers to recruiting operations. Navy recruiting plays a vital role in ensuring the Navy remains the most capable force in the world by recruiting the best of America.
