Dutch Army Sgt. Bram, group commander, 11th Supply Company, 11th Air Maneuver Brigade, works with 11 nations to ensure all tactical cargo airdrops and parachutes are rigged safely and compliant to each partner nation's specification during the multinational joint exercise Falcon Leap 2023 in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As the lead and host nation for this exercise, Bram is one of the leaders in logistics synchronizing efforts during joint operations. "Seeing how everyone does things differently but still the same has been very good," said Bram. "The best part is all of the cooperation and what we learn from each other."
Falcon Leap 23 is a Royal Dutch Military led, multinational, joint technical airborne exercise designed to enhance interoperability of participating NATO airborne forces and aircrews in personnel and equipment parachuting operations in Arnhem, Netherlands from 02-17 September 2023.
