    Lt. Col. Kira Coffey, 36th Airlift Squadron commander, presents a memorial patch to Lt. Gen. Ricky Rupp, U.S. Forces Japan and Fifth Air Force commander, at Yokota Air Base, Japan, after he reached an aviation milestone of 5,000 flight hours, Aug. 22, 2023.
