A team of police officers sprint to a train car during the 2023 Tactical Rescue Challenge at Camp Hartell, Conn. Aug. 14, 2023. Teams were required to perform a series of tactical and medical events, including rescuing an injured K9 in a gas-filled train car and eliminating hostile threats before administering medical care to a simulated casualty.
