Dawn Rosarius presents the Meritorious Civilian Service Medal to Eva Rosvold during a U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity Town Hall and Organizational Day at Nallin Pond, Fort Detrick, Md., July 10, 2023. Rosarius is Principal Assistant for Acquisition and Rosvold is the Acquisition Workforce Development Manager, both with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command. During the Town Hall, leaders with USAMMDA and USAMRDC recognized outstanding performers within the command before hosting an Aloha-themed barbeque and games for both children and adults. As the premier developer of world-class military medical capabilities, USAMMDA is responsible for developing and delivering critical drugs, vaccines, biologics, devices and medical support equipment to protect and preserve the lives of Warfighters across the globe.
