Dawn Rosarius presents the Meritorious Civilian Service Medal to Kendra Lawrence, Ph. D., during a U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity Town Hall and Organizational Day at Nallin Pond, Fort Detrick, Md., July 10, 2023. Rosarius is the Principal Assistant for Acquisition with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command, and Lawrence is Program Manager with USAMMDA’s Warfighter Protection and Acute Care Project Management Office. During the Town Hall, leaders with USAMMDA and USAMRDC recognized outstanding performers within the command before hosting an Aloha-themed barbeque and games for both children and adults.
