Adm. Mariano Saynez, Secretary of the Navy, Mexico, gives a farewell address to members of NORAD and U.S. Northern Command in the commands' headquarters on Peterson AFB, Colo., Nov. 26, 2012. The visit was Saynez's last as Secretary of the Navy, Mexico, before he steps down from his position, Dec. 1. After speaking at a gathering of NORAD and USNORTHCOM members, honors were rendered in front the headquarters, where Jacoby presented Saynez with an engraved artillery casing and the Mexican flag flown in front of the building.
