Deleo, assigned with Destroyer Squadron -Two, writes his email address for Eddie Hughes, a health benefits adviser from hampton veteran affairs during a transition assistance program class at building building U-93 on Norfolk Naval Station, so he can sign up for the VA health benefits program VHA DIR 2008-054.
