Maj. Gen. Chris Smith, Deputy Commanding General for U.S. Army Pacific and Col. Charles Green, U.S. Army Forward Commander for Khaan Quest 23 attended the Women, Peace, and Security Training, as part of KQ 23, June 20, 2023 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The purpose of the training is to build relationships and interoperability, apply the gender perspective to military operations and Peace Keeping Operations, and increase understanding of UN Security Resolution 1325; Women, Peace, & Security.
Khaan Quest 2023, is designed to enhance peacekeeping capabilities, strengthen military-to-military relationships, and build upon core UN doctrine Peace Keeping Operation competencies of all participants
