U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class James Barnhill Jr., a network systems operations specialist with the 182nd Communications Flight, Illinois Air National Guard, provides Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) cyber support to Exercise Prairie Voice out of the 182nd Airlift Wing in Peoria, Illinois, June 5, 2023. Prairie Voice is a state-wide, multi-agency exercise to test emergent communication capabilities throughout Illinois.
“The 182nd Airlift Wing Joint Incident Site Communication Capability provides collaboration and communications services to enable interoperability between National Guard response forces, local first responders, local emergency response managers and other state and federal response support authorities,” said Senior Master Sgt.
