Sgt. 1st Class Howard J. Baity, a coach for the Team Bliss Track Club, and an observer/controller trainer with the 1st Training Support Battalion, 362nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 5th Armored Brigade, 1st Army Division West, Fort Bliss, Texas, line up his athletes Oct. 20, prior to the start of a cross-country meet held at Golden Key Park, El Paso, Texas. Baity said that he enjoys coaching for Team Bliss because the military’s support allows athletes to compete locally as well as travel with the team at minimal cost.
