as Army Reserve Soldiers from the 833rd Transport Battalion, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) supervise. The Fisher is taking part in a joint forces onload with the 833rd Transport Battalion, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), Military Sealift Command (MSC) Expeditionary Port Unit (EPU) 116, and US Government contracted Longshoremen.
