SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (May 20, 2023) Sailors, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, rescue a Sailor with simulated wounds during a mass casualty training scenario. NMCB 4 is currently conducting Field Training Exercise Turning Point to become the ready-to-deploy battalion for the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
