SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (May 20, 2023) A Sailor, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and a Marine, assigned to 7th Enfineer Support Squadron, conduct a counter offensive action during sniper attack training scenario, in dense fog. NMCB 4 is currently conducting Field Training Exercise Turning Point to become the ready-to-deploy battalion for the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
