NAVAL STATION MAYPORT, Fla. – (May 19, 2023) – Ecuadorian Navy Cmdr. Oliver Fabricio Dalgo Jacome, assigned to U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet (USNAVSOUTH/FOURTHFLT), assumes the duties of Assistant Secretary for Planning and Strategic Initiatives for the Inter-American Naval Telecommunications Network (IANTN) Secretariat, at Naval Station Mayport, Fla., May 19, 2023. Established in 1962, IANTN’s mission is to maintain a permanent link among naval authorities of the Americas.
