From Left, Nathaniel Wright, Drill Sgt. Robin Rojek, and Natalie Longacre complete a timed two-mile run during the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), while State Trooper Lt. The ACFT consists of six consecutive events that assess the ability to perform physical tasks one might encounter in combat conditions. The events include a three repetition maximum deadlift, standing power throw, hand release push ups, sprint-drag-carry, a plank and a two-mile run.
