JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. – The Aftershock, a jet powered fire truck, races against a Wardog aircraft during the Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, May 7, 2023. The truck's twin Rolls-Royce Bristol Viper jet engines total over 24,000 horsepower and have contributed to the truck’s record for the world's fastest fire truck at a blistering speed of 407 mph.
