FORT RILEY, Kan. – The 1st Infantry Division Commanding General’s Mounted Color Guard stops to drop off passengers at Fort Riley’s MOMC Kids Fest after they enjoyed a wagon ride. The Color Guard’s wagon ride and horse encounters were two of the activities offered during the festival. Month of the Military Child is observed each April to honor and celebrate military children and youth for their service, commitment, and sacrifice in support of the Army’s Mission.
