A presentation board mounted on an easel displays a detailed project map for the Tucson Drainage / Arroyo Chico Project, specifically the Park Avenue Detention Basins. The map shows two phases: Phase 2A (Cherry Fields Detention Basin, completed December 2008) and Phase 2B (Basins 1, 2 & 3, current). The board is displayed outdoors at what appears to be a groundbreaking or project presentation event.

Members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District participated in the Nov. 2 ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Tucson Arroyo Project Phase II B Park Avenue Basins project. The project, developed in partnership with the Pima County Regional Flood Control District; the City of Tucson; the Tucson Unified School District and the Corps of Engineers, is designed to provide for flood risk management and ecosystem restoration along the Tucson Arroyo within the Arroyo Chico watershed.
