The 2022 State Partnership of the Year was presented to Lithuania, paired with Pennsylvania, and Brazil with New York during the 2023 State Partnership Program Conference Awards Ceremony. The annual conference held April 17-21, 2023, in Denver, brought together all 54 SPP directors, coordinators, and senior enlisted leaders to develop innovative solutions to pressing challenges. The State Partnership Program has been successfully building relations for 30 years and now includes 88 partnerships with 100 nations around the globe.
