Quartermaster 3rd Class Matthew Walsh, member of the guided-missile Frigate USS Vandegrift (FFG 48) Visit, Board, Search and Seizure team instructs Royal Cambodian navy sailors on subduing belligerent personnel. USS Vandegrift is participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia 2012.
